About us

We are Ondrej and Renata Piska, a husband-and-wife team who share the same vision of building and reconstructing properties, with the emphasis of people's well-being and the environment in mind.

We invest in good quality and lasting materials that weather and wear well, as well as focus on smart planning of the space and the land. We believe in sustainable life-cycle of each property - i.e., we think that investing in these qualities gives us an opportunity to improve the living conditions and thus elevate the quality of life of the inhabitants, as well as prolong the life of the building, which in tern contributes to the life of the town, city, or village.

We are focusing on property investments in Prague and around the Czech Republic. 

 

Renata Piska has studied Architecture and Construction in the USA, and, Ondrej Piska has studied Civil Engineering and Business in the Czech Republic and Austria. Together, we have worked on many international projects in the construction industry and now have decided to focus our strength on building a family business in our home country.
